Congratulations to our students!
In the ArchED 2022 – Awards for Architecture Students Competition, which was held for the 21st time this year, ITU Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture students received 12 out of 20 awards.
In the competition where 433 projects from 53 different universities participated, Muhammed Tarık Kurt received the ‘Success Award’ and Rıfat Meriç Yüksel received the ‘Encouragement Award’ in the First Year Category; Evren Süloğlu received the ‘Special Jury Award’ and Gamze Ceylan received the ‘Special Jury Award’ in the Second Year Category; Mert Kaan Alptekin received the ‘Success Award’, Yağız Ateşoğlu received the ‘Encouragement Award’, Emircan Öztürk received the ‘Special Jury Award’ and Mehmet Sait Aktay received the ‘Special Jury Award’ in the Third Year Category; Nazlı Giriftinoğlu received the ‘Success Award’, Pelinsu Şahin received the ‘Encouragement Award’, Nazgül Berfin Gölge received the ‘Special Jury Award’ and Nursena Çolak in the Fourth Year Category.
The projects that qualified to the final stage (from ITU, there are 40 projects) and received awards in the competition can be seen in the exhibition at ITU Taşkışla, Corridor 203 until January 12, 2023.
